Please send returns back recorded delivery, as we can’t be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the post.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process your return at Christmas or Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment.
If you would like to exchange an item please return to the address provided upon which we will refund your item, you will then need to reorder your correct item from the website in the normal way.
